I have a Sub Zero refrigerator that had a leak at the bottom, and the freezer part was not cool enough. My food was defrosted and I needed to get it taken care of right away. I called AtoZ, and the technician was at my house in about one hour. I explained what was wrong and he said he would take care of it. After he did some tests to figure out what was wrong he said that I had several problems and the parts would have to be special ordered. He said it would take 2 to 3 days. I got a call on the second day and we set up an appointment for the next day to install the parts. He came and fixed everything. My refrigerator is working iso good now. I have had no problems since.
