we have a kenmore stackable washer and dryer combo which stopped working. We called to get a diagnostic and have a technician check out what might be wrong. He came the same day. He told us what parts we needed, and ordered them the same day. When he came back he had a helper with him as this is a stackable unit and requires two technicians to maneuver. They fixed everything and the unit has been working fantastic ever since. Thank you for the great job!
