No one was able to fix by Thermador oven. It had been giving me problems for weeks. I had other companies come out and after they would charge me and do the so called repair, my unit would start to exhibit the same problems as before. I finally got tired of waiting. I called A 2 Z for their services. They came. Told me exactly the part I needed and said it had to be special ordered. They said they would get back to me when they got the part. They called me a few days later to schedule, and Finally got it done!!! I am so happy! I now have a working oven again. My technician was great, and clearly knew what he was doing.
