Awful service, booked on line and paid for the fitting of two new tyres. The online booking system gave me a date 4 working days later so I dropped the vehicle off the night before to be told that the tyres hadn't arrived but they should be with them some time during the agreed fitting day (Thursday), Thursday afternoon I receive a phone call telling me the tyres wouldn't be in in until the Monday 11 days after the order was placed.
I run my own business and not having access to the vehicle was costly.
Think very carefully before using ATS
