After a puncture I ordered a replacement tyre of same brand waited a couple of days dropped the damaged wheel off and it was picked up by a family member with the wrong brand of tyre fitted branch answer was we don’t sell that make we fitted one similar price.
Why advertise and let people pay for tyres that you don’t even sell and then fit another brand without even asking the customer.
Filled out a complaint form couple of weeks ago and have never heard anything.
Rubbish customer service!!!
