Ordered and paid for tyres online for fitting next day received phone call that evening saying tyres not in stock for another week as I needed change of tyres immediately I cancelled order and requested refund which was not available to me for 5/7 days had to go to another company who just fitted my tyres Halfords did a splendid job but whole experience has cost me at this moment in time £1000 why ats made appointment to fit tyres took my money when no tyres available appalling customer service need to mend their ways will not do business with them again
