I sent my 2023 Ram 5500 straight over from the dealer to get the Allison conversion. I hate the the way the stock Aisin shifts. I also got the Arora 3000 turbo. I dealt with Matt S on the sales team. He was real polite, professional, and just a cool dude. I have to give Jake in warrentee a shout out also. He was really patient and helpful. He would actually get back to you when he said he would. I live in calif, and Unfortunaltly on the way home the trans started overheating and miss shiting before we made it 600 miles. I called them, and they worked thru the problem, and hired a local trans shop to deal on their behalf. Without going thru the hole story, let's just say, this was a weird one off problem. The staff and owner, Clint Cannon stood by by side and stuck with it through thick and thin!! They built,dyno tuned over night shipped another trans with the computer to a local guy to swap out the entire thing in a week. Now it shifts like it should. I LOVE IT! If you're on the fence about this conversion, don't be. They were always helpful and i can say that Clint is seriously into his products. I can tell he loves what he does. He made sure i had the parts overnight shipped no matter what day of the week it was. THIS IS A SOLID COMPANY! BTW on Arora the turbo, i noticed that it really has allot more power in the upper elevations. Thanks guys! 👍🏻🇺🇸
