This company is untrustworthy.
We purchased a dress from Atterley sent it back within the time frame, however it was a bank holiday Monday and this hasn’t been taken into account.
The dress was not suitable and Atterley are saying the shop said it arrived too late.
I sent it via Yodel on Monday and was told it would arrive the next day Tuesday, it has ‘allegedly’ arrived on the Thursday and it needed to be back by the Wednesday.
I am appalled by the service.
