I’ve ordered multiple items from atterley and they have yet to ship, and the response time is very slow. I let them know that these items are for my nephews birthday which is vastly approaching, but it seems as if they have no regards as they don’t email me back or even acknowledge me. It’s either you ship my items out or I will demand a refund. This is so unruly and unreasonable coming from a professional business, highly unexpected and highly disappointed to say the least.
