Two weeks in and still waiting for my parcel to arrive. The package was sent off with the wrong paperwork so it got stuck in the UK for a couple days. Then it arrived in Canada without a commercial invoice so several days more waiting for them to clear up that issue. Then the package finally arrives at my door but they neglected to fill out the form correctly so I was presented with a duties and taxes bill that was about half the cost of the dress. So now I have spent the better part of a week talking with DHL (and emailing Atterley several times a day) trying to sort out the issue. Literally the worst online buying experience I have ever had. With my luck it will be the wrong dress when it finally does get here :(
