After years of hard work I thought I would treat myself to my dream car. I ordered a brand new A1, on finance. Paying a small fortune only to be let down time and time again. The car broke down 5 months in with less than 2k miles on the clock. It has been in and out of Birmingham Audi, who I must say have THE WORST customer service skills I have ever come across. I was left without a car for 8 days, no sign of a courtesy car and no word from Audi who I called time and time again. The car has been recovered 3 times with the same software issues. I have attempted to resolve this, paying a monthly fee for a car not fit for purpose. There has been no follow up from Audi in regards to rejecting the car. They are very quick to take your money but drag their feet when it comes to providing the service you are paying for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR AT ALL LEVELS.
