i took my Audi tt 2017 reg to preston dealership of which i bought from Audi brand new .
my rear view mirror internal had fallen off and took it to Audi preston and ask for help with fixing it .
the job should take them 2 mins customer service man said the mechanics would do it for £90 for a 2 min
job
Disgusted i left can home and asked my son who Googled how the fix a mirror it took him 3 mins if that .
i spent over £ 30.000 on this car and that how i am treated .
