Absolutely amazing customer service, but you realise why when you get scammed for thousands of pounds of work that didn't previously exist. That's when it hits the fan. And because it's a franchise, Audi UK get involved but have zero influence over the franchisee, sonny attempt to resolve issues with them is futile. West London Audi know that they can just get away with murder and Audi UK can't do a damn thing about it.
