i can't issue too much info at the moment as, this issue is with my Solicitor and are about to contact Audi UK, who will review my recording of the incidents I experienced at Crawley Audi.

But I can say this," this is not a Audi Dealership in my opinion". Lack of professionalism, basic consumer rights and extremely poor customer service and care.
