The Bad: Faulty Product, No Chapter Seperation, No Returpolicy*, I got a Search-link to a "product fix" from customer service, that didnt solve the problem. Just a direct would be the minimum.
The Good: Speedy delivery. Fast download.
This is some textbook-how-not-to-treat-customer stuff right here :)
*Technically they have one, but dont follow it.
