These people are criminals. Purchased one book then they started charging me every month. I did not authorize this charge. Customer service doesn’t exist. You message on the app no body gets back. I email them they say the email is not on record I provide proof that the email I provided is the one on my app. They can’t find it. I show proof of the money coming out of my account they can’t find it. You can’t cancel a subscription you never authorized. Then when I became frustrated they said my tone was unacceptable and stopped responding to my emails. I’ve contacted consumer affairs and lodged a complaint and I had to cancel my card. Absolute nightmare. Do not use these horrible American people.
