I have gone thru the process of correcting my ignorance by cancelling my account about 5 months ago. I’m continuing to be charged 9.95 a month. Ive deleted my acct I have bo passwords I have nothing. At thus point I want a refund for 5 months of them scamming me. Very frustrated. I work hard for my living I do not have an automated system stealing money while sitting my butt Elaine suber 850-443-1055 I want my refund by check. There may not be anyone there smart enough to write a check. If you ever thought about ordering a book from this place, I will not even honor it as a business but a SCAM I AM ANGRY !
