Stay away from this company!! They make false claims of fraud even when you engage honestly with them!! Quinn, Customer Service contacted my bank accusing me of fraud and accused me of trying to get a $19.95 audiobook for free. I had not downloaded any books after signing up for for the Flexpass. My problems with this company started when I thought someone had obtained my credit card number and purchased a book from them. I wrote an email to this company and chatted with Quinn (Customer Service) asking if someone had hacked their accounts? I blocked the charges and changed my bank card because a charge appeared in my online banking with an address that was not the same as the company's address associated with the charge for my new membership. While chatting with Quinn in an attempt to explain everything and requested that my credit card number be removed from my audiobookstore account so that whoever had found my card number could not longer use it. Quinn assured me this could be done while maintaining an active account. Suddenly, he rudely ended the chat and I got an automated message stating my URL was being blocked! It was not until I later received an email from Quinn, that he explained that the charge was my monthly membership (I forgot to cancel my membership before it was due). This is a hostile company and Quinn is a liar.
