Ordered a Tiger Eye bracelet by mistake instead of a Classic Eye Tiger bracelet. Emailed them and asked if okay to exchange, they said okay. Sent it back 2 months ago and haven't gotten the exchange yet. They have not received it, they said! WOW! Lame excuse!
