My husband purchased 2 bracelets one for him and my son (they are beautiful). Unfortunately my husband broke his while at work. When I contacted Aurum Brothers and explained what happen Joren went above any customer service experience I have ever had with any company to help me get his bracelet repaired and returned to him in record time. I only wish more company’s had this type of customer service it’s very rare to see these days. Would never hesitate to purchase from Aurum Brothers or recommend them to anyone looking for a very special gift.
