During the ordering of my bracelet, I emailed back and forth with the company about wrist measurement and sizing. I made it clear that I wanted a loose fit and was assured that the size they chose for me, based on my accurate wrist measurement, would fit loosely. It does not - it is too short to easily latch and too tight for comfort. We have continued to email back and forth, sending pictures and measurements. They simply insist that the correct size was sent to me, regardless of pictures sent. Having a size change would be entirely at my expense, including all shipping costs back and forth. A customer’s opinion and preference is not acknowledged and customer satisfaction does not matter to them.
