Should never have used! The site function 'value my shares' was inflated to 250% of actual share price, giving a fraudulently false idea of value. Fees were double that of competitor. Never would have chosen to use them if share value indicator had been accurate. Their fees amounted to 40% of the actual value of my shares! Did not reply to last email.
