The product is excellent. Unfortunately though, the company, Fastway, used to freight the product to me was terrible! Even when taking Covid 19 and Christmas approaching into account, I fail to see they could justify the product being in transit from Brisbane to Newcastle for 10 days!
Around the same time in December, a product ordered through a different company took 24 hours from Sydney to Newcastle. Another from Melbourne, took 3 days.
Regrettably whilst aussiehealth uses Fastway as their courier, I will be purchasing items elsewhere.
