“I bought this to help me make goat milk yoghurt, so expensive to buy but necessary because of allergy to cow's milk. It works well; but the goat milk mixed from powder I find I have to heat twice to get a beautiful thick yoghurt. Mix warm, put yogurt from last batch in, put in the easiyo overnight, next morning tip out water and refill with hot and put yogurt in again. Perfect by lunch time to set in the fridge. So easy in this yoghurt maker. Delivery was fast too!”
