“I was disappointed with the support from chat - I was looking for an additive free, sweetner (artificial and natural) free magnesium powder, if there was one? When I contacted chat I was informed there are too many products to know such information and I would have to check the ingredients of each individual product. Which I did and thought I had found such a product, only to find when it arrived, that it contained Stevia - this was listed separately to the ingredients , in small print and not visible on photos on the the webite. So i dont feel web page relieable or chat supportive.”

“I was excited to receive carob kibbles, I thought I could chew on them, a wonderful alternative to chocolate... but they were very hard, like rocks. I can't chew them at all, they would break my teeth. And they were VERY dry. I am very disappointed with them.”

“I was denied a replacement of a faulty georganic toothpaste. Sent photo. Comparing the consistency of both jars. Disappointed especially when told I was out of their return time. But what made it worse was to be talked over so I couldn't get a word in. Very bad customer service. No real solution. Will source from another.”

“I’ve used 40% of the bottle, one tee spoon a day, but haven’t noticed any positive or negative effects yet. It is probably premature to assess the C 60 at this stage. However, it is good to see, that You are trying to collect the information about the effectiveness of Your products. For that I give You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The delivery time for this item was 10 days !!!!!! I ordered them on line, they came from Queensland and were delivered to Victoria. The time delay was pathetic !!! It would have been quicker from overseas. The woman who rang me about my query said she was answering a 'Missed Call' There was no reply when I rang you and I was asked to leave a message. How this could be a missed call I have no idea. I am shocked at the pathetic service from your company”

“Purchased 2 bottles of conditioner in stead of shampoo Cost me $12 for postage when I retuned one bottle. Thought I'd try the conditioner Thought they'd replace the conditioner with a shampoo Did not happen! Poor service”
