I was denied a replacement of a faulty georganic toothpaste. Sent photo. Comparing the consistency of both jars. Disappointed especially when told I was out of their return time. But what made it worse was to be talked over so I couldn't get a word in. Very bad customer service. No real solution. Will source from another.
