“I have been recommended these fruit teas by my endocrinologist for my Diabetes 2. This avoids any sugar that is found in fruit juices. I use two tea bags at a time to enhance the flavour in my mixing bottle and add sweetener tablets. I chill and have half with my lunch & dinner. In this Fruit Lovers collection are 5 of my favourite flavour, "Tropical Fruit". Two boxes at once permits me to use two at a time. I really wish they would bring out a box of only "Tropical Fruit". The Blood Orange & Raspeberry + Strawberry are my other two favourites.”

“Byron Bay corn chips with limited Salt is my go to Corn Chip. The others riddled with salt. REALLY bad for Blood Pressure. Nature's Law of Natural selection. Good work all those behind low salt corn chips.”

“G' all , I'm not saying Big Tom is great but since I found it I can't get the smile off my taste buds !!!! A quick squeeze of lemon and a few drops of Tobasco (for old times sake ) 45ml Vodka and if I'm lucky a big fat Oyster swimming in the glass and all is well with the World.!!!!!!!!!!!!
