We have been using schuessler tissue salt muscle relaxant (MAG PHOS) for years. i have suffered with cramps and spasms in my legs for many years i think we have tried nearly everything on market and nothing else compares with MAG PHOS it is not a cure but it is relief so we can sleep at night. We reccommend it to our freinds and we alway get good feedback when we see them next. cheers Graeme G
