Casava flour is a staple in our house due to intolerance to wheat. I have tried two other brands of Casava flour but find AKN organic casava flour to be a little finer and tastes good. I make mini tortillas most days and use the tortilla recipe as pastry in my electric party pie maker. 10/10 for quality and consistency as well as quick delivery! I recommend this flour to friends too.
