Best most delicious gluten-free brownie in the world. I have never been attracted to cakes or brownies, no surprise there since I discovered my body does not tolerate gluten or dairy, but my guest likes cake with his coffee so I tried to make a gluten free version that would be desirable to someone who is not intolerant. (to gluten and dairy) And I don't like chocolate but I love caramel, so when I found these brownies, that I could make at home myself, I was so excstatic, just overjoyed that I can now share this delicious treat with my guest who is just so happy that we can share something that does not make me sick and is amazingly scrumptious. It is hard to not overdo it and just keep eating. I buy boxes and boxes so I can have them waiting for me on my pantry shelf. I Love it I will buy many more as soon as I have the money.
