Love the purity and quality of this UDOS 3,6,9 Oil. I drink straight and has a lovely nutty flavour. I prefer the pure oil kept in my refrigerator over capsules for the oils integrity.
Can feel my skin and hair being not as dry with also good nail health. Shall be purchasing again so ensure all my Omega are kept in best stead.
