Hey guys, I have been getting the plantain chips from you for a little while, and I absolutely love them! I love the ease of ordering online and they arrive so quickly. I have so many food allergies and these are the only chips I can eat! But I just wanted to let you know that the last box of 12 that I ordered (I ordered 2 boxes of 12 and 1 box was perfect) were a little less crunchy than usual, almost like they were stale. The oil didn't smell fresh. I baked them and we were able to eat them, but I thought I should let you know anyway, I hate seeming like a complaining person!! Regards Heather
