I use these cold fusion teas as a refreshing beverage for biabetes glucose control.
I have a soda stream and ice. Put them in a tumbler along with the tea bag. A lot better than soft drinks and minimal sugar.
I can drink it all summer long with no effect on my blood sugar.
If only Woolworths carried it in stock, but their agenda is to sell you sugar ( poison ).
