The goods I Recieved from you on my first order I was a bit disappointed as the mug I ordered was smashed to bits but after talking to your office they refunded the money I paid for it. Was a bit unsatisfied with the way it was packed but non the less the other stuff ordered was good quality. The second order I got from you was fantastic packed nicely would definately reccomend your shop to anyone that wants soveniers but think you need ot keep an eye on how you package breakable stuff .
