My order was split into two parts because two of the items were not available and had to come from your supplier. The first lot arrived before I left Australia and the second had to be sent overseas to me which costed me $A18.20. While I appreciated that I got all of my order eventually, I would have liked to have been informed earlier that some of the items were unavailable at the time of ordering. I was offered a refund for them after I rang to enquire about the order, but by then it was too late as I didn't have time to get them else. An early heads-up would have been good.
