My purchase was a gift for a relative in the UK. I paid a delivery fee of approx $42 only to find out that my uncle had to pay a £28 (UK pounds) delivery and handling fee and VAT. Otherwise everything was fine. It’s not good to hear that your gift cost someone money - almost the value of the gift itself.
