On the 19th of November 2020 I purchased a DZ75 Fridge.
We have used it only 5 or 6 times. The last 4 months it has not been used as we have been away in our van.
Went to use it last Saturday and it will not get cold.
I have tried to submit fault claims on the form on your site and it comes back too much info. I only supplied the info you asked for.
I did all the tests that are on your video.
After sales service it shocking It seems that you have my money I do not matter
