Just a great company to deal with. Quality products and backed up by a company who cares about you & their products. I have bought a few of Kick Ass products--mainly from caravan shows, but also on-line. Only a few days ago, I ordered one of their battery chargers. The product arrived within a few days (of ordering). However upon opening the package, I discovered the alligator clips were missing (no, I don't know either?). Anyway a quick call to the company was answered by Antonio. His only request was to ask that I send a photo of the package as received. Within a day, he was back to me, confirming that a set of alligator clips was on its way to me. How good is that! No quibbling, no arguing, just make sure the customer is looked after.
