5 star products and customer service was outstanding. I purchased a slimline battery and battery tray a month or so ago and didn’t end up receiving the battery tray. It somehow got lost in transit with Aus Post. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark S (customer service) who followed up on it and gave me regular updates and ended up sending a new tray as the old one couldn’t be found. He was polite and easy to contact by either Email or phone. He made this pain of an experience a positive one and i’ll happily keep shopping with Australian Direct in the future. Cheers Mark
