In fact I have written a review, I am happy to write another.
My original review I made comment on how difficult it is to make contact with the sales department when using a land line. I was more than happy today to receive a return phone call answering my inquiry. Unfortunately what I required at the time of my inquiry is now to late as I have had to purchase what I needed else where.
However the sales agent who returned my phone call today was very knowledgeable and regretted not able to help me in the first instance.
I required information about a particular component which is not shown anywhere on your website but is advertise in videos. He informed me that the component shown in the video is no longer available but has been replaced with a similar component not listed on the website.
It may be just me, I prefer to talk to human in the first instance and not a recorded message.
If this would have been the case I am sure I would not have had to go somewhere else to purchase what I required. I do not think I am the only customer who feels this way. I am totally happy with product that I have previously purchased from Australian Direct (Kick Ass)
