I have purchased a lot of stuff through you and been very impressed but 12 months ago I purchased a dcdc charger and the last month it has stopped working we are still in the process of working out what is wrong with it and up until this moment every 1 in Technical Support has been great but unfortunately this is out of warranty buy a couple of months I am waiting to see which way you go on this if you Grant the war t i will be very impressed in the whole show but in the end of the day to have one of these DC DC chargers I would expect to get longer than 14 months use out of it still early days
