I have ordered several products from these guys including instant gas hot water system and 12V water pumps. I have now ordered 3 pumps. I did have one pump fail (after around 5 shower uses and was not happy). I spoke a tech at the company who emailed me a test to see if pressure switch failed which it had. I am disappointed that these great pumps have faulty pressure switches. I am hoping that these guys will help me out and not just send me one but maybe a couple of these pressure switches as when one fails and you are out in the bush you can't get another :(
