I have been with auto aid for several years now and have had very good response to a couple of break downs, my issue is with the Telephone operative today, I think it was a female but she came across as tense and a little aggressive, I was very close to ending the call and going with another breakdown company, making me aware of the updates and charges for sending out hard copies of my policy was delivered more as a 'well if you don't like it' attitude, she may be having a bad day but I feel disappointed by her approach to me.
