Excellent service today from Nita.
BUT I'm very disappointed that AutoAid sent me a renewal email last year that I never received. This resulted in my policy lapsing. If Nita hadn't alerted me to this I could have broken down without cover.
THERE SHOULD BE SOME FOLLOW-UP FOR POLICIES THAT DON'T RENEW.
