The lady on the phone was very helpfull but . . . . . the problem was that it too ages to get through on the telephone and in fact my policy had expired because I had tried previously a number of time to call Autoaid but I was kept holding on so long that I had to hang up evenutally. This is not good customer service and lets your staff down who are doing a good job
