I got straight through to a real person on the phone without delay. The lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding, even sending me a text with an estimated recovery arrival time. On call recovery was with me within a half hour of the phonecall who was also very pleasant. Thankful to be rescued so quickly as it was cold at half midnight when i broke down.
