Firstly, I love Autoaid - they got me out of a real hole some months back when the head gasket went on my old car - and the great pricing makes it affordable for me. However, I have tried to renew online over these past few days and the website wouldn't recognise my absolutely valid document/policy number. When I phoned the person who took my call wasn't wonderfully understanding. A simple, "I'm sorry you've had this problem, it was caused by...; I will get that sorted for you." would have gone such a long way with me- instead I felt as if the response i was getting was a bit offhand, surly almost. Call centre work isn't great, I know, so perhaps I caught this person on an off-day.
