Firstly the title and my name has been spell incorrectly on the policy;
Secondly your telephone voice sounds uncertain and disinterested - could be because it's Friday afternoon after 5pm.
I was asked to repeat all my details again, as i have been with auto aid for over 5 years, my details should hv been on the system. It make me very wary.
However, I realised this is probably a new starter - hence the 3 stars.
