Auto Aid did not make me particularly happy or unhappy.
I have not used the breakdown service in some while.
Two or three minutes were spent telling what was not covered - is this a premium telephone line?
The person's voice I spoke to was unwelcoming and totally lacked any warmth or personality. You would have thought that I was asking a favour rather than giving some business.
Training in telephone technique is badly needed here.
