Can't rate Very Good as I'd had an issue with regards to the correct naming of my wife on the policy and despite being told that I would receive an E-mail or call to resolve this never did.
I was going to go elsewhere for my policy but tried one more time with Kavelle who sorted out the issues politely and efficiently in one short telephone call - so she wins the 'Employee of the month Award' !
